ODBv4 Move Is A Success!
The move to the next version of the ODB (ODBv4) on March 27th was a success.
We are grateful for your quick adoption of the new system. We can see from our data reports that people are accessing the ODBv4 and entering Occurrence Incident reports and Support Notes at similar levels as in the old-ODB.

Fun Fact: Did you know that since May of 2019 Christian Horizons employees have completed over 1.2 million support note entries in the ODB? – It’s all true.
I appreciate that employees of Christian Horizons, across Saskatchewan and Ontario, are the type of people who can make a transition to new technology without missing a beat. You’re pretty impressive.
