On Monday you received an email with the link to the WorkWell survey. Christian Horizons has contracted the YMCA WorkWell team to conduct an All Employee survey to hear from you on these significant topics.
This survey is brief and voluntary. It has about 20 questions and can be completed in approximately 5 minutes. The survey questions include voluntary demographic information about race and ethnicity, as well as other elements of diversity.
The survey will remain open until Monday, April 12 at 11:59pm.
