The Information Systems and Technology Department (IS&T) works to ensure that critical systems are available when you need them. As part of this work IS&T plans on moving the Operations Database (ODB) to a new database server. The purpose of this move is to increase the stability of the ODB, while reducing the chance of potential outages.
This means that the ODB will be offline from 6am on August 23rd until 6pm on August 23rd. At any time that the ODB is not available tasks normally completed in the ODB need to be completed on paper.
Once the ODB is accessible, the person who has created the paper-based document is responsible for ensuring that the information is entered correctly in the ODB. Prior to the ODB going offline ensure that each service location has paper copies of all necessary forms.
Follow the links below to download each form:
For Serious Occurrences and Occurrence Incident reports requiring immediate Program Manager feedback, employees should contact the on-call Manager. Only the Operations Database (ODB) is affected by this move, CHconnect, LMS, Employee Email, Quadrant Self-Service, and all other non-ODB services will remain available.
To see the current status of the ODB and other systems, you can visit the Systems status page at: https://public.chconnect.org/status/.
If you have any questions, please contact John van Dijk, Information Systems Manager at jvandijk@christian-horizons.org. Further communication will be sent out in On the Horizon next week to remind you of this outage.
Thank you,
John van Dijk,
Information Systems Manager
