September 18, 2025
Dear Team,
I’m writing to share that Angelica DeVos will be retiring from Karis Disability Services on September 22, 2025, after 21 years of dedicated and impactful service. Angelica led Karis as our Chief Financial Officer for more than 15 years and served most recently as Acting CEO and VP of Priority Initiatives. She also led various developmental services business committees and was the Chair of the OASIS Business Resource Committee.
Throughout her time with Karis, Angelica has exemplified compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to the people we support. Her leadership and advocacy have helped shape our culture and strengthen our mission, leaving a legacy that will continue to guide us.
Angelica has been a mentor to many, a steady presence in times of change, and a passionate voice for inclusion. Her contributions have touched lives across our organization and beyond, and we are deeply grateful for all she has given.
Please join me in extending our heartfelt thanks and warmest wishes to Angelica as she begins this new chapter. Her presence will be missed, but her impact will remain.
Warm regards,
Janet Noel-Annable, Chief Executive Officer
