We have recently reached out to our incredible donor network with an invitation to support the significant needs facing Karis Global Partners and Karis Disability Services this year. Now, we’re bringing this vital appeal to the heart of the organization – YOU!
We’re asking you to help amplify the message below so we can make a big impact for our global initiatives. Share the story below in your homes, with your friends, and help champion this work that can make a life-changing difference!
And for those who can, your personal contribution will help us meet these challenges head-on. Every act of generosity helps. Thank you!
Recently, we connected with Esther in Kenya, a mother facing extreme isolation due to the stigma surrounding her child’s disability. In many countries, disabilities are often misunderstood, leading to cruel treatment and abandonment. Mothers and their children are left to fend for themselves, isolated from their communities.
Through our in-country partners, we were able to support Esther and her child, Denzel. Our partners equip teachers and pastors to find, welcome, and include children with disabilities, providing them with the support they need.
We are thrilled to share that Esther and Denzel are now doing much better with access to employment and a safe home. However, there is still much work to be done. Together, we can create more opportunities for families like Esther’s to access the support they need to thrive.
Your donation today will help us continue our efforts to uplift families facing unimaginable challenges. You can read Esther’s full story here: Help Mothers and Children Know They Are Not Alone: Esther’s Story
