As we near the end of the year, the payroll team will begin to prepare for T4’s and we need your help! It is important that your personal information in UKG is up-to-date and correct, including your full legal name, address, telephone number and alternate e-mail address.
There are two ways to verify and update this information in UKG.
• The UKG app on your phone – Go to Menu, then Profile, and EDIT. After your changes, you can save them by selecting SUBMIT.
• A program location computer or iPad – Under your Personal tab, select Name, Address, and Telephone, and then use the “Edit” pencil and “Save” button at the top of the screen or select “Change Name, Address or Telephone” from the Things I can Do menu.
Please note that the 2024 T4’s will be issued from UKG and will include earnings for the entire year, including the earnings from QHR (our previous Human Resources Information System). In February you will receive communication when the T4’s are available and how to access them in UKG.
For those that need historical pay statements or prior year T4s from QHR you can still access them using the QSS link which is available on CH Connect. Note that for security reasons, QSS is now only accessible through our VPN.
