Gemu has been waiting for sponsorship for a long time. He lives with his father and five siblings in a community that has been greatly impacted by severe drought. His mother passed away from cancer shortly after Gemu was born. His father is a farmer but does not own land large enough to produce adequate crops to provide enough food and meet the needs of his family. Your sponsorship will help provide financial stability for Gemu and his family by contributing to school tuition, food, clothing and medical treatment. You will also be contributing to inclusive education programs, vocational training, and disability awareness throughout the community of Ziway Dugda which builds a stronger, integrated community for everyone.
