New PolicyManager Learning Resources

We recently made a lot of changes in PolicyManager to reflect our new name, Karis Disability Services, which included updating each and every policy document with our new name. In light of these changes, please read on for some important reminders and updates.

Policy Attestations

Have you logged into PolicyManager yet to see for yourself and get started on your February 2024 attestations? You have until Sunday, June 2, 2024, to complete your policy attestations. PolicyManager will send you weekly reminders until you complete this task.

If you haven’t received an attestation email, it means you have never signed into PolicyManager or have not signed in since since February 27, 2024. We encourage you to log into the system as soon as possible and start attesting the policies assigned to you in iAttest.

PolicyManager Learning Resources

We’ve also updated the PolicyManager learning resources to align with our new brand, Karis Disability Services. This includes a refreshed training video in the Learning Management System (LMS) called “How To: PolicyManager,” which is a required course for all new employees.

You can also find them on the PolicyManager page on CHConnect. For an in-depth walkthrough of PolicyManager, you can refer to the training video. If you just need a quick refresher, check out the new one-page guides! These will give you high-level instructions for the most important tasks in the system.

In case you missed it, Directors have been sharing a bit about new policies and updates introduced at Karis through On the Horizon from February through April. We encourage you to “catch up” on these articles or video at your earliest convenience.
