Policy Updates
We’re pleased to share that policy updates were released for all employees on February 28, 2024.
In last week’s On the Horizon article “Policy Updates Are Here,” we shared information about the new URL to access PolicyManager, our direction for policy attestations moving forward, and more. If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to read last week’s article to stay informed about these new details.
Policy Attestations
Policy attestations were assigned to employees on March 5, 2024. You should have received an email notification in the early morning of March 6, 2024, letting you know which policy documents require your attestation. If you don’t see an attestation email, try logging into PolicyManager again, and remember to log yourself out too.
Remember, you can log into PolicyManager at any time to check out the policies assigned to you in iAttest. You have until Sunday, June 2, 2024, to complete your policy attestations, and PolicyManager will send you weekly reminders until you complete this step in the system.
Our policy requires that all employees acquaint themselves fully with the content of our policies and procedures. Completing policy attestations to policy updates aligns with this expectation. Thank you for your ongoing diligence to these important changes at Karis.
Equipping You Well
To keep leaders well informed, the Organizational Leadership Team will receive a bimonthly report on employee policy attestations status, as well as a list of employees that haven’t logged into PolicyManager yet. This will equip Leaders to follow up with their teams. As of the end of February, about 26% of all Karis employees still have never logged into PolicyManager!
