To everybody in Ontario,

Every election, we have the opportunity to grow together as a community on our journey toward belonging. Ontario heads to the polls on June 2, 2022.

We have put together a brochure and a postcard for your use that outlines two topics of interest that will strengthen our sector and the services we provide to people with disabilities. This election, we are looking for a commitment to invest in developmental services to:

  1. Improve and expand essential services to support people through key life changes, and
  2. Attract and retain creative, compassionate, and highly capable Direct Support Professionals.

This package contains materials that you can use to start conversations with your local, and provincial candidates:

  • Brochures
Use the brochures as a talking point document with your candidates.
  • Post Cards
Use one of the postcards in this package, write your message and send it to your local candidate.

Printed versions of these brochures and postcards have been mailed to you. As campaigning begins in the province, you can use these as advocacy resources and share them with your local candidates.

You can also view this material on our website at https://christianhorizons.org/webelong/.
